Welcome to The Wild Reverie. By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Website Owner & Service Offering

This website is owned and operated by The Wild Reverie (Julie Fitzhugh). We provide elopement, intimate wedding, and couples photography services in Michigan and worldwide.

2. Who Can Use This Website

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this website or book services. If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have legal authority to do so.

3. Booking, Payments & Pricing

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
All pricing is quoted in USD and subject to change until confirmed in writing.
Payment plans may be available upon request.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.
If you cancel close to the event date, additional cancellation fees may apply (see client contract).

5. Creative Rights & Deliverables

The Wild Reverie retains full creative control over editing and final image selection.
Raw/unedited files will not be delivered.
Final galleries are delivered within 6 weeks of the event unless otherwise specified.

6. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of The Wild Reverie.
Clients are granted personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and personal display.
Commercial use, resale, or alteration without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness, equipment failure).
In the rare event we cannot fulfill services, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

8. Privacy & Communications

We respect your privacy and use your information only for providing services.
Images may be used on our website and social media for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Promotional emails (if opted-in) can be unsubscribed from at any time.

9. Modifications to Services & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
